Job Summary

Lead the Wood Workers to ensure quality products are produced in a timely manner.

Job Description

• Lead the woodworking crew.
• Interpret and produce according to individual job specifications.
• Complete required documentation.
• Apply finish to wood projects.
• Train others and schedule workload.
• Execute jobs on time.
• Work overtime as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

  Pay Rate

  Pay Rate: $29 - $36

  Minimum Qualifications of Position

  - High School diploma or equivalent.

  Knowledge and Skills

  - Ability to read, write, and comprehend English at least at a 9th grade level. - Basic math skills. - Basic computer skills. - Ability to read blueprints. - Good time management.

  Working Conditions and Physical Requirements

  - Manual dexterity for repetitive work - Frequent standing for prolonged periods of time - Chemicals: Stains, finishes, and paint. - Ability to lift, push and pull: up to 25 pounds.
