Responsibilities
- Lead a crew of one or two other employees
- Safely load and transport products to and from job sites.
- Lead the onsite installation process for windows and doors in either new construction and/or existing homes.
- Train all helpers on the correct installation methods and safety on a job site.
- Communicate professionally with customers, as well as your supervisor and co-workers.
- Utilize in-house software to read the schedule and track completed jobs.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED
- A clean driving record
- A willingness to work 40+ hours per week
- Two or more years of experience with windows and/or doors
- A desire to learn and advance in a career
- The ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- The ability to stand/walk for prolonged periods of time
Compensation
$15.00 - $20.00 per hour
