About the role

The Warehouse & Sustainability Lead will assist in coordinating the recycling and sustainability efforts for Keystone Ski Resort as well as receiving, organizing and delivering products for our Mountain Dining outlets. If you have an eye for detail, skill with logistics, and a commitment to zero-waste efforts, come work with us!

Responsibilities

• Completing physical and active tasks in an efficient manner to pick, pack and deliver goods
• Willingness to work with warehouse functions and tools - we'll train you!
• Lead with day-to-day operations
• Mentor and guide warehouse teammates
• Assists in the ongoing training of staff and provides any necessary feedback
• Work together with teammates to maintain safety standards
• Gain knowledge such as Retail / Rental / Food & Beverage operations
• May be required to assist other departments
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience
• Ability to lift and carry 50+ pounds along with other high physical demands - required
• Must be able to stand for 8+ hours - required
• Must be fluent in English - required
• Must be able to work in adverse weather conditions - required
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays - required
• High school education or equivalent - required

Pay

The expected pay range is $23.00/hr - $26.88/hr. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
