Lead Warehouse Technician

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4–6 years of warehouse experience, including at least 2 years in a senior, lead, or management role.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize work, manage competing demands, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify root causes and recommend corrective actions.
• Proven experience guiding, training, or mentoring warehouse technicians or new hires.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate expectations, provide feedback, and escalate issues appropriately.
• Advanced organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail, particularly related to inventory accuracy, documentation, and repairs.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Experience operating box trucks or route trucks, with the ability to coordinate deliveries and pickups independently.
• Proficient in warehouse systems, inventory tracking, and documentation processes; ability to coach others on proper system usage.
• (Oracle & Salesforce preferred)
• Strong understanding of warehouse safety practices, material handling equipment, and compliance requirements.
• Demonstrated reliability, professionalism, and accountability; serves as a role model for work ethic and quality standards.
• Ability to make day-to-day operational decisions and know when to escalate issues to leadership.
• Ability to obtain DOT medical card (non-CDL).
