Lead Warehouse Associate - Night Shift

About the role

Join a dynamic team supporting distribution services within the healthcare supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Processing inbound, outbound, and internal warehouse activities to ensure accurate product movement and order fulfillment.
• Preparing shipments, managing packaging materials, and staging items to meet handling and dispatch requirements.
• Reconciling inventory discrepancies, monitoring stock levels, and tracking transaction accuracy.
• Investigating damaged shipments, handling issues, and process exceptions to support timely resolutions.
• Documenting shipment status, inventory updates, and operational anomalies for warehouse visibility.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; associate’s degree or related experience preferred.
• 3+ years in warehouse support, distribution, or inventory control.

Skills

• Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, shipment preparation, and safety practices.
• Strong attention to detail, data verification skills, and ability to resolve operational issues.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to prioritize tasks across shifting demands.

Pay

• Competitive pay starting at $23.55 per hour, with potential increases based on performance and incentives.
• Sign-on bonus of $2000.
