Lead Warehouse Associate - Night Shift

Responsibilities

• Processing inbound, outbound, and internal warehouse activities to ensure accurate product movement and order fulfillment.
• Preparing shipments, packaging, and staging to meet handling and dispatch requirements.
• Reconciling inventory discrepancies and monitoring stock levels to maintain inventory integrity.
• Investigating damaged shipments and handling process exceptions for timely resolution.
• Documenting shipment statuses, inventory updates, and operational issues to ensure warehouse visibility.

Qualifications And Skills

• High School Diploma/GED required; associate's in supply chain, logistics, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years in warehouse support, distribution, shipping, or inventory control.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, safety protocols, and documentation.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to support continuous improvement and adapt to shifting priorities.

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting pay at $23.55 with potential up to $29.30, including shift differentials, incentives, and bonuses.
• Sign-on bonus of $2,000.
