Lead Warehouse Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Avoids delays in order fulfillment by allocating, releasing, and assigning sales orders to the appropriate staff.
• Assists staff in troubleshooting and resolving problems that arise during warehouse operations.
• Handles expedite requests from customer service as directed.
• Takes on day-to-day operational responsibilities in the absence of the supervisor.

Competencies And Skills

• Work Schedule: 2nd Shift (4:00pm-12:30am)
• Strong leadership experience, abilities, and/or qualities.
• Knowledge of RF pick/pack technology.
• Minimum of 2 years experience working in a warehouse environment.
• Minimum of 1 year experience operating an electric pallet jack.
• Minimum of 1 year experience utilizing an RF Scanner.
• Ability to stand, walk, pull, and bend for 100% of the day on a continuous basis.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem resolution and reasoning abilities.
• Strong initiative and self-motivational skills.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Excel, Explorer, and Outlook.
• Strong initiative and ability to work independently.
