Lead Warehouse Associate - 1st Shift

Position Summary

C.H. Robinson is seeking a Lead Warehouse Associate to train, coach, and oversee the warehouse team. Key responsibilities include supporting warehouse supervisors, managing inventory, and ensuring operational efficiency.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Support warehouse supervisory team in adhering to standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Aid warehouse team in using Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Receive goods from customers and suppliers
• Operate forklifts and perform palletization tasks
• Load and unload trailers/ocean containers
• Prepare outbound loads and sign off Bills of Lading
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and order
• Contribute to the development of new SOPs

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old
• Minimum 2 years of previous warehouse operations experience
• Good physical stamina and coordination
• Preferably a high school diploma or GED
• Familiarity with Bills of Lading, Shipping Manifests, Delivery Orders, etc.
• Excellent verbal communication skills
