Lead- Warehouse - 2nd shift

About the Role

Leads the receiving and distribution of raw materials in a warehouse environment. The role involves coordinating warehouse activities, maintaining inventory, and ensuring a safe, organized workspace.

Responsibilities

• Receives and inventories products shipped to the warehouse by common carriers.
• Assists warehouse employees in loading trucks as needed.
• Assists in offloading trucks with fresh products.
• Schedules work assignments for warehouse employees.
• Maintains and files paperwork received from common carriers.
• Rotates products according to company guidelines.
• Maintains a clean and organized work area.
• Follows company safety guidelines and Good Manufacturing Practices.
• Regular attendance and punctuality is required due to working with people, items, and equipment that are at the facility.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of warehousing experience is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Forklift experience is required.
• Basic PC skills are required.

Working Conditions

• Warehouse environment with temperatures ranging from 25°F to 110°F.
• Repetitive lifting, kneeling, and bending with packages in excess of 80 lbs is required.
• Production demands may require overtime and/or evening or weekend scheduling.
