What You’ll Do
- Supervise and provide guidance for the technician team while keeping communication open and supportive.
- Assist in surgery, dentistry, and appointments while modeling best practices.
- Elevate care hospital-wide by mentoring the team, leading monthly meetings and building skills, always with leadership support.
- Collaborate on technician scheduling to align with hospital needs.
- Work with hospital leadership to roll out strategies and initiatives that raise the standard of care.
What We’re Looking For
- Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT/CVT/RVT) strongly preferred
- Skilled and confident in anesthesia, dentistry, surgery support, and advanced nursing care
- At least 2 years of leadership or management experience
- A natural mentor who supports both experienced team members and those newer to the field
- Passion for gold-standard medicine and exceptional client education
- A collaborative leader who values inclusivity, accountability, and growth
