Requirements

• Registered Veterinary Tech (Colorado): RVT, CVT, or LVT with a current Colorado license (credentials required)
• 4+ years of clinical veterinary technician experience
• Experience in urgent or emergency care
• Experience in dentistry and anesthesia

Responsibilities

• Clinical Partnership: Support veterinarians with surgery prep, anesthesia monitoring, treatments, and diagnostics
• Client Education & Support: Guide pet parents by clearly explaining care plans and at-home instructions
• Technical & Lab Skills: Perform blood draws, lab tests, IV catheter placement, radiographs (including dental), medication/vaccine administration, and assist with wound care
• Clinic Operations: Maintain accurate digital records (with AI scribe support), restock supplies, and ensure equipment cleanliness and sterilization
• Culture & Mentorship: Uphold core values through open communication, teamwork, and mentoring assistants while maintaining a positive, solutions-focused mindset
