- Sustainable Schedules: 10 or 12-hour shifts with varying days per week, no overnights

Requirements
- Registered Veterinary Tech (Colorado): RVT, CVT, or LVT with a current Colorado license (credentials required)
- 4+ years of clinical veterinary technician experience
- Experience in urgent or emergency care
- Experience in dentistry and anesthesia

Responsibilities
- Clinical Partnership: Support veterinarians with surgery prep, anesthesia monitoring, treatments, and diagnostics
- Client Education & Support: Guide pet parents by clearly explaining care plans and at-home instructions
- Technical & Lab Skills: Perform blood draws, lab tests, IV catheter placement, radiographs (including dental), medication/vaccine administration, and assist with wound care
- Clinic Operations: Maintain accurate digital records (with AI scribe support), restock supplies, and ensure equipment cleanliness and sterilization
- Culture & Mentorship: Uphold core values through open communication, teamwork, and mentoring assistants while maintaining a positive, solutions-focused mindset
