About the role
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, coordinating services, and ensuring high-quality care for our companion animals.Responsibilities
- Manage client relationships and provide exceptional customer service
- Coordinate services including veterinary consultations, medication management, and emergency care
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and pet health protocols
- Document client interactions and progress notes in our secure system
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- Experience in animal care and/or veterinary settings preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Pass a background check and drug screening
Skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of animal behavior and care
