Lead Valet Driver/Akron GeneralHospital

Towne · Akron, OH · 1 mo ago
Management$16–$20/hrPart-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes "About Towne Towne is an exceptional arrival..." That's about company, not role. The "Summary" is role description. Also "Essential Functions" with percentages. "Qualifications" includes Education, Licensure, Work Experience, Knowledge, Skills, Mathematical Skills, SCOPE Authority, Budget Responsibility, WORKING CONDITIONS & PHYSICAL DEMANDS, Travel, ACKNOWLEDGEMENT... Many subsections. We must use

for section headings: e.g., About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections when posting has real specific content. We have Pay: "Compensation: Towne Park is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate’s job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location. The hourly base pay range for this position is $16-$20 per hour PLUS TIPS." That's specific pay range. So we can include Pay section. Schedule: "Work Schedule: The work schedule for this position is XXX." That's placeholder "XXX" which is not specific; it's not real content. According to rule: never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g., "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD"). So we should NOT include Schedule section because it's just XXX placeholder. Benefits: "Benefits: Employees are eligible to enroll in accident insurance, critical illness insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, and telemedicine benefits. Employees are also able to enroll in the company’s 401k retirement savings plan. Eligibility requirements depend on your job classification, length of employment and number of hours worked. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to a specific plan or program terms. Seasonal and temporary roles are not eligible for benefits outlined above." That's specific benefits. So include Benefits section. About the role: The "Summary" section describes role. Could be "About the role". Use that heading. Responsibilities: The "Essential Functions" with percentages is responsibilities. Could be "Responsibilities". Use that. Requirements/Qualifications: There's a "Qualifications" heading with subparts: Education, Licensure, Work Experience, Knowledge, Skills, Mathematical Skills, SCOPE Authority, Budget Responsibility, WORKING CONDITIONS & PHYSICAL DEMANDS, Travel, ACKNOWLEDGEMENT. Many of these could be considered qualifications or requirements. We need to decide how to split. The instruction: Use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can have Requirements and Qualifications separate. But we must not create thin sections; prefer few substantive sections. Could combine Requirements and Qualifications into one "Qualifications" section that includes education, experience, skills, etc. Or we could have "Requirements" for mandatory items (education, licensure, experience) and "Qualifications" for skills/knowledge. But we need to avoid many thin sections. Given the content, we could have: - About the role (summary) - Responsibilities (essential functions) - Qualifications (education, licensure, experience, knowledge, skills, mathematical skills, scope authority, budget responsibility, working conditions, travel, acknowledgement) - Benefits - Pay We should not include Schedule. We must preserve all substantive information; not invent or summarize away detail. Must keep details like percentages, etc. We need to format lists with
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. For prose use

. We need to decide what constitutes a list. The essential functions have bullet points with percentages; each bullet is a duty. So we can make a

      with each duty as
    • . Include the percentages inside the li text. Qualifications: Education, Licensure, Work Experience, Knowledge, Skills, Mathematical Skills, SCOPE Authority, Budget Responsibility, WORKING CONDITIONS & PHYSICAL DEMANDS, Travel, ACKNOWLEDGEMENT. Many of these are headings within the qualifications section; we could treat each as a
    • under a
for qualifications. But the instruction: Use
        • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So if we present qualifications as a list, we should use
          • . However we also have prose paragraphs for some sections like Benefits (list of benefits). Benefits can be a list. We need to avoid repeating job title as heading. Not needed. We must output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown. Let's craft:
