Lead UX/UI Designer

About the role

Assembly Software is seeking a design leader to shape the product experience for their AI‑native case management platform. You will work remotely, collaborating with executives, product, engineering, and customers to define strategy, prototype improvements, and drive discovery.

Responsibilities

• Participate in strategy conversations with executives.
• Deep‑dive into prototyping to remove friction from the user experience.
• Spend real time with customers to understand and interpret feedback.
• Act as a partner to product and engineering, driving discovery and solutioning.
• Shape what the product builds, advocating for a clear product vision.
• Apply AI thinking to the user experience, identifying meaningful problems AI can solve.
