Required Skills & Experience
- 7+ years in Product Design or related fields
- 7+ years collaborating with product, engineering, design, content and user research teams
- Proven ability to influence product and engineering decisions without direct authority
- Experience in Agile and Kanban delivery models
- Experience writing user stories and defining acceptance criteria
- Experience leveraging AI-powered tools to enhance design efficiency and insight generation
Desired Skills & Experience
- Master's Degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or related discipline
- 10+ years of experience preferred
- Extensive experience with ServiceNow
- ServiceNow Developer Certification highly desired
What You Will Be Doing
- Arcitect end-to-end UX experiences for payments products used by millions of customers
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, design, content and research teams
- Write user stories and jobs-to-be-done that clearly articulate business and user needs
- Influence product and engineering decisions in cross-functional settings
- Leverage AI-powered tools to enhance design efficiency and accelerate insight generation
- Define and own the UX vision across the payments experience
