About the role

Assist shift supervisors and department directors in the day-to-day operations of the department. Maintain high-quality standards by training, supporting, and supervising team members. Ensure all schedules are assigned and completed daily. Set a positive example through professional interactions with team members, customers, patients, and families. Perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality customer service through one-on-one attention to detail.
• Provide assignments and assistance to team members.
• Demonstrate proper use of personal protective equipment.
• Relieve shift supervisors during their absence.
• Adjust or cover schedules during short-staffing situations.
• Ensure team members maintain set standards via quality assurance surveys.
• Monitor and report equipment issues or shortages.
• Conduct customer and patient surveys.
• Interact with customers in an age-appropriate manner.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or directors.

Pay

$22.00 per hour.
