Lead Urgent Care RN
Responsibilities
- Using assessment skills to triage patients according to protocol
- Perform clinical skills such as IV, urinary catheters, ear lavage, EKG, sterile setup, injections, immunizations, point-of-care testing, swabbing, and phlebotomy
- Reassign staff to meet the needs of the day and coordinate cross-site, as necessary
- Work independently and as a team member and be able to wear a mask all day, including an N95 in cases where protocol directs
- Act as the first level, "go to person" for the providers and staff regarding troubleshooting issues
- Act as a mentor, role model, and resource for co-workers
- Aid the manager with provider schedules, coordinating vacation requests and sick calls to ensure appropriate clinical coverage
- Aid the manager with reviewing timecards
- Monitor and process telephone and MyChart encounters to meet clinic timelines
- Maintain efficient levels of medications, medical, and office supplies
- Facilitate the orientation and training of new and on-call staff
- Train, communicate, and monitor any new processes to the department/unit
- Active, unencumbered Washington or Multi-State RN license required
- Active unencumbered Oregon RN license within 60 days of hire or transfer required
- Health Care Provider BLS CPR certification required
- Ability to successfully become a core-trainer and super user of EHR
- Superior communication skills and interpersonal skills set
- Saturday ($2.50/hour)
- Evening, after 5:30p ($3.00/hour)
- Active, unencumbered Washington or Multi-State RN licensure required
- Active unencumbered Oregon RN license within 60 days of hire or transfer required
- Health Care Provider BLS CPR certification required
- Ability to successfully become a core-trainer and super user of EHR
- Superior communication skills and interpersonal skills set

Benefits
The pay range for this position is $45.20 - $67.80 per hour. Benefits eligibility is dependent on factors such as position type and FTE. Benefits are available starting on the first of the month following one month of employment. Pay
The pay range for this position is $45.20 - $67.80 per hour.

Wednesday-Saturday, 12:30pm-11:30p

Hiring Range
Hiring ranges generally between $46.10-$53.70/hour, and placement in the range depends on an evaluation of experience.
