What You'll Do
- Define and evolve the visual language for operator-facing digital experiences.
- Create intuitive and visually compelling interfaces across machine displays, embedded systems, and connected products.
- Establish scalable UI frameworks, interaction patterns, and design system foundations.
- Partner closely with UX Designers to transform complex workflows into clear and effective user interfaces.
- Define approaches to typography, iconography, color, spacing, hierarchy, motion, and information design.
- Help ensure experiences are cohesive across products, platforms, and touchpoints.
- Explore and communicate future-state concepts through visual design, prototypes, and interactive experiences.
- Collaborate with Engineering teams to ensure high-quality implementation of designs.
- Provide design direction and craft leadership through critiques, reviews, and collaborative working sessions.
- Champion accessibility, usability, and visual excellence across the design process.
What You Will Have
- Creativity: Knowledge of the approaches, tools, and techniques for promoting creative, original thinking and ability to apply it to a variety of business situations.
- Decision Making and Critical Thinking: Knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques; ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment.
- Computer Software Industry: Knowledge of computer software industry; ability to understand future products, vendors, technologies, issues, and trends and directions.
- Web Software Design: Knowledge of web software design; ability to design, develop, maintain and enhance web-based or web-enabled software.
- User Interface Design: Knowledge of user-centered design principles and human-computer interaction; ability to design and develop intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly interfaces that meet business goals and user needs.
What You Will Bring
- A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent working experience.
- Experience within UI Design.
- A portfolio that shares current and past work.

Summary
Pay Range: $128,470.00 - $208,770.00
