What You'll Do
- Plan and implement curriculum and activities tailored to the needs of each child.
- Support social and emotional development of children.
- Aid in the care of children's basic needs.
- Observe and report on children's progress.
- Communicate with parents about their child's day.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Additional qualifications such as early childhood education courses or CDA credential are valued.
- Experience working with toddlers or young children is beneficial.
- CPR and First Aid certification, a background check, and completion of early childhood education courses may be required.
- A nurturing and patient personality, along with excellent communication skills, are essential.
