Lead Two's Teacher

Responsibilities

• Inspire young minds and foster a love for learning.
• Create a positive and enriching educational experience through collaboration with a supportive team.
• Assist with potty training.
• Conduct assessments of children to indicate growth and areas of improvement.
• Participate in formal meetings with parents.
• Maintain classroom appearance, cleanliness, and safety.
• Complete necessary paperwork such as daily notes, accident reports, and attendance.
• Attend staff meetings, academy events, and parent meetings.
• Supervise and assist children during activities.
• Provide counseling for social, academic, or adjustment issues.
• Plan and implement lesson plans, programs, and schedules.
• Prepare instructional aids/materials.
• Absorb and follow Amazing Explorers Academy policies, procedures, and expectations.
• Supervise and assist other staff in maintaining order.
• Communicate with parents and maintain developmental profiles.
• Schedule and conduct parent/teacher conferences.
• Manage classroom bulletin boards and family information board.
• Follow the medication schedule.
• Perform assigned duties.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• CDA or higher in Early Childhood Education or 45 hours training in Early Childhood Education.
• Classroom teaching experience in an accredited early childhood facility.
• Pleasant and friendly demeanor, and an outgoing personality.
• Highly professional and dependable.
