Lead Treasury Analyst, Capital Markets

Responsibilities

Aid in evaluating, analyzing, and executing capital markets transactions to secure adequate funding and maintain financial flexibility. This encompasses public and private debt issuances, convertible debt offerings, equity offerings, leasing, revolving lines of credit, term loans, surety bonds, and other financing activities.

Maintain oversight of debt covenants, monitor interest expenses, manage share repurchases, dividends, and investment portfolio performance, and assess hedging exposures.

Offer strategic advice on investing excess cash in alignment with the company's investment policy.

Support analysis of corporate finance topics including capital structure, cost of capital, shareholder distributions, and rating agency frameworks.

Create and deliver materials and presentations for senior management and board members.

Assist in managing Intuit’s corporate insurance programs and execute FX and interest rate hedging transactions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 7+ years of relevant treasury capital markets or corporate finance experience
  • Strong understanding of financial statements and GAAP
  • Exceptional ability to draft and present executive-level presentations
  • Proven project management skills
  • Attention to detail and strong verbal and written communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Google Suite
  • Ability to create financial models, forecasts, and analyses
  • Experience working independently and in a collaborative team environment
  • Strategic thinking and partnership skills
  • Ability to work in a hybrid work model, 3 days in either Mountain View or San Diego office
