Who You’ll Work With

Nike was founded on the benefits of global trade. The ability to move products seamlessly, efficiently, and compliantly across borders is essential to serving consumers and athletes around the world. The Trade & Customs team sits within the Flow organization in Supply Chain & Planning Operations (SCPO) and is responsible for advancing Nike’s global trade capabilities, optimizing trade costs, and strengthening governance models that mitigate trade compliance risk across the enterprise.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, International Trade, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in customs and trade-related roles, preferably with exposure to international trade operations, project management, data analysis, and trade systems.
  • U.S. Customs Broker License preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and cross-culturally, including with virtual teams, to build trusted relationships and drive shared outcomes.
  • Proven ability to lead ad hoc and complex global projects with ambiguous requirements, including process design, implementation, and continuous improvement.
  • This position requires the ability to support International teams. Candidates must be able to work a flexible schedule and be available for early morning and evening calls as required to support business needs.

What You’ll Work On

  • Lead customs and trade operations workstreams, with a focus on Tariff Classification, Special Trade Programs management, and Export Controls processes, in close partnership with key stakeholders.
  • Lead trade-related projects with Global Trade Network partners to provide critical visibility, support decision-making, and help mitigate uncertainty from trade disruptions.
  • Drive cross-functional customs and trade business processes that improve operational efficiency and strengthen customs compliance.
  • Support trade data, analytics, and capability-building initiatives that enable stronger insights, governance, and execution.
  • Partner with operations and management stakeholders at all levels to influence priorities, enable alignment, and drive sustainable change.
  • Support training by developing, coordinating, and delivering trade and customs guidance, tools, and materials that strengthen stakeholder understanding and operational readiness.
