We are looking for an experienced Lead Teacher, Preschool Teacher, Early Childhood Teacher, or Childcare Teacher who is confident leading a classroom, building strong family relationships, and creating engaging, developmentally appropriate learning experiences for young toddlers. Highly qualified candidates with 7+ NC Education Points, CDA credentials, Early Childhood Education coursework or degrees, and successful Lead Teacher experience in a licensed childcare setting may qualify for the top end of our pay range.
