Pay

Wage range for this role is $16.10–$21.35 per hour, dependent upon experience and education.

Teachers are also eligible for Child Care Assistance with the State of Iowa, which can cover up to 100% of the cost of childcare for those with children attending our schools. More information on Child Care Assistance.

Schedule

Must be available to work any shift between 6:30 AM and 6:00 PM.

Requirements

We are looking for someone who:

• Meets or exceeds state qualifications for the position.
• Has a passion for working with young children.
• Has an interest in beginning or continuing their education in early childhood education or a related field.
• Can satisfy the Applicant Background Study required by state regulations.
• Has documentation of U.S. citizenship or eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Has the physical abilities to perform the required job duties with or without accommodations.
• Has the ability to communicate effectively with children, families, and staff, as well as to understand state licensing regulations and company policies.
