Lead Toddler Teacher

About the role

The ideal candidate will lead a toddler classroom at Atlantis Montessori Academy, fostering independence, curiosity, and a lifelong love of learning in children aged 18 months to 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Lead a classroom of toddlers, implementing authentic Montessori principles.
• Work closely with families to support their child’s development and education.
• Maintain a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment for young children.
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive educational experience.

Requirements

• Experience working with toddlers in a Montessori setting.
• AMI Assistants to Infancy Diploma preferred, or actively enrolled in an AMI training program.
• A warm, patient, and collaborative approach to working with young children and families.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• A commitment to maintaining an authentic Montessori environment.
