About the role
The ideal candidate will lead a toddler classroom at Atlantis Montessori Academy, fostering independence, curiosity, and a lifelong love of learning in children aged 18 months to 3 years.
Responsibilities
- Lead a classroom of toddlers, implementing authentic Montessori principles.
- Work closely with families to support their child’s development and education.
- Maintain a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment for young children.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive educational experience.
Requirements
- Experience working with toddlers in a Montessori setting.
- AMI Assistants to Infancy Diploma preferred, or actively enrolled in an AMI training program.
- A warm, patient, and collaborative approach to working with young children and families.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- A commitment to maintaining an authentic Montessori environment.
