Lead Toddler Teacher

About the role

We are seeking Lead Certified Teachers for Infant, Toddler and Preschool classrooms to bring enrichment programming to our most Valuable Future Assets. Seeking individuals with experience in the growth and development of young children through Infant, Toddler and Preschool ages. Working with our curriculum structures and supporting staff, we need staff that will show up with their best selves every day. Turning tears into smiles, challenges into teachable moments and supporting a child through the most formative moments of their lives.

Responsibilities

• Lead classrooms for Infant, Toddler, and/or Preschool age groups
• Implement curriculum structures
• Support and supervise classroom staff
• Foster positive developmental experiences for young children

Qualifications

• Lead Certified Teacher status (for Infant, Toddler, or Preschool)
• Experience in growth and development of young children through Infant, Toddler and Preschool ages
• Must be able to pass an EEC Fingerprint Background Record Check
• Proof of Covid vaccination required

Pay

Pay rates are contingent upon certification(s), educational background, years of experience, languages spoken and other factors. Compensation: $17.76–20.55 hourly wage.
