Lead, Third Party Cyber Security Risk Management

For our client, we are seeking a Lead, Third Party Cyber Security Risk Management to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will lead enterprise third-party cyber risk efforts, strengthening governance and helping ensure external relationships align with the organization’s security standards. The position will partner with executive stakeholders, account managers, and internal teams to improve visibility into risk, remediation progress, and program effectiveness. The successful candidate will shape a cohesive risk management methodology while supporting strategic transformation initiatives across the business. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $129,300 – $177,800 annually Responsibilities Identify gaps in third-party security architecture and develop a risk management plan Manage Production and UAT environments for key platforms Execute the program in alignment with strategic transformation plans Increase business visibility for risk reporting and remediation Advise executives on functional strategies of significance Lead a team in third-party risk management tasks across the enterprise Develop a cohesive third-party risk management tool methodology with external account managers Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field 8+ years of system engineering or technical experience 2+ years of Agile/Project Management experience 3+ years of hands-on experience with OneTrust OneTrust certification in Solution Foundations and Lifecycle Operations preferred Benefits Medical, dental, and vision benefits 401(k) retirement savings plan Paid time off, including company and personal holidays Paid parental and caregiver leave Short-term and long-term disability insurance Life insurance and additional wellness opportunities Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
