Team Lead Terrain Park Crew
- Deliver the Terrain Park experience for our employees and guests.
- Supervise, train, schedule, and motivate the team.
- Perform daily risk management assessments of the venue.
- Train and coach Terrain Park Attendants and Operators.
- Organize and conduct weekly safety meetings.
- Assist in the development of grooming plans for Terrain Parks.
- Act as liaison between Attendants and upper management.
- Assist in the development of nightly grooming plans for Terrain Parks.
- Act as role model regarding employee development and guest service-related initiatives.
- Ongoing development of standard operating procedures and Best Practices.
Job Responsibilities
- Training/coaching/supervising/leading of Terrain Park Attendants and Operators.
- Organize and conduct weekly safety meetings as well as document case specific Equipment and PPE Trainings.
- Lead all Terrain Park Attendants and Groomers efficiently through the daily Terrain Park Operations and nightly design and construction plan.
- Perform a daily assessment of risk, feature inspections, maintenance, and testing of all features.
- Direct leads, attendants, and operators to complete projects and general maintenance in an efficient and carefully planned manner.
- Aid in the Design and Construction planning for all parks, pipes, and special events.
- Hire, fire, and schedule terrain park attendants.
- Assist in Ski Patrol on accident investigations.
- Assist in all trainings for Terrain Park Attendants including the implementation of all necessary tools and equipment.
- Responsible for park operations/decision making when manager is unavailable.
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Must have 2 years of education.
- Minimum of 5 years of terrain park experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Ability to work outside in alpine environment.
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Pay Range
The expected pay range is $23.00/hr - $30.61/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
