Lead Technician – Water Mitigation / Restoration

Overview

Due to continued growth, we are seeking a Lead Technician to join our restoration team. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on water mitigation experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working directly with customers while leading field operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform water mitigation and restoration work at residential and commercial job sites
• Conduct demolition and removal work as required by project scope
• Set up, monitor, and manage drying equipment and mitigation systems
• Take moisture readings and document drying progress
• Perform moisture mapping and maintain project documentation
• Communicate with homeowners and customers while providing daily project updates
• Drive between office locations and active job sites as needed
• Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to company standards
• Maintain urgency while managing multiple priorities and active projects

Requirements

• Previous water mitigation experience
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
• English speaking with strong communication skills
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working in homes and customer-facing environments

Preferred Qualifications

• IICRC certification(s)
• Experience with moisture mapping software such as MICA and/or Encircle
• Spanish speaking abilities
• Previous restoration industry experience in a leadership or senior technician capacity
