Lead Technician Pack Out & Move Back Division

About the Role

We are a disaster restoration company located in Puyallup, WA, assisting with fire, water, smoke, wind damage, and other disaster sites. This position is ideal for individuals looking to combine customer service talents with skills from general labor roles such as truck driving, delivery driving, construction, or warehouse work.

Responsibilities

• Work safely and efficiently to transport customer possessions with care as a mover, truck driver, and material handler.
• Load and unload the truck.
• Safely drive the truck (non-CDL).
• Perform truck inspections and inventory checks.
• Operate a forklift (experience required).
• Experience pulling a trailer.
• Supervise 3-5 technicians.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service skills.
• Lift 25 lbs. regularly and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
• Maintain clear written and verbal communication.

Requirements

• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
