Lead Technician (Handyman) – South Lee County

About the role

We're looking for a Lead Technician who can walk into a home, solve problems, earn trust, and leave people feeling taken care of. Most of our customers are senior citizens. They aren't looking for the cheapest handyman. They're looking for someone they can trust in their home.

Responsibilities

• Solve problems in a customer’s home
• Earn the trust of senior citizens
• Work both inside and outside in various weather conditions
• Handle talkative, particular, or challenging customers
• Use a wide range of handyman and home repair skills
• Coachability and willingness to improve

Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• Reliable vehicle
• Able to lift 50+ lbs
• Your own standard handyman tools
• Pass a background check

Qualifications

• Strong handyman and home repair skills
• Patience, respectfulness, reliability, and pride in work
• Ability to solve problems without creating new ones

Pay

Pay starts at $25-$35 per hour depending on experience. Full-time W2 position. Mileage reimbursement or gas stipend provided. Bonuses paid for every 5-star review received.
