About the role
We're looking for a Lead Technician who can walk into a home, solve problems, earn trust, and leave people feeling taken care of. Most of our customers are senior citizens. They aren't looking for the cheapest handyman. They're looking for someone they can trust in their home.
Responsibilities
- Solve problems in customers' homes
- Earn the trust of customers
- Work both inside and outside in various weather conditions
- Handle talkative, particular, or challenging customers
- Use a wide range of handyman and home repair skills
- Coachability and willingness to improve
Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable vehicle
- Able to lift 50+ lbs
- Your own standard handyman tools
- Pass a background check
Qualifications
- Experience with home repairs and handyman tasks
- Patience, respectfulness, reliability, and pride in work
- Ability to handle difficult customers without getting frustrated
