Lead Technician - Chattanooga, TN

About the role

This position involves performing restoration and specialized cleaning tasks, including emergency cleanup after fire and water losses, remediation of mold, and carpet cleaning. The role requires the ability to calculate drying equipment needs and use the company's Drying Workbook software.

Responsibilities

• Perform restoration and specialized cleaning tasks
• Calculate drying equipment needs
• Use Drying Workbook software to track work performed and document drying progress
• Communicate effectively with staff, customers, insurance agents, and adjusters
• Drive company vehicle
• Work long hours, evenings, weekends, and some overtime
• Be on call for emergency jobs (nights & weekends on rotating schedule)
• Problem solve and learn new aspects of the required job

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and good driving record
• Pass pre-employment background check
• Pass drug test
• Physically able to lift objects weighing 25-50 pounds on a regular basis
• Willing to work long hours and occasional evenings and weekends
• A positive attitude
• Team player, but able to work alone when necessary
• I.I.C.R.C. certification is a plus
• Self-motivated
• Excellent communication skills
• Good math skills
