About the role
The role is responsible for managing the IT infrastructure and ensuring smooth operations across all departments.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the company's IT systems and networks.
- Provide technical support to employees and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- Implement and manage security protocols to protect company data.
- Plan and execute upgrades and maintenance on IT equipment.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of IT solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant IT experience.
- Experience with network administration and server management.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ITIL best practices.
Qualifications
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure).
Skills
- Technical proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#.
- Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
- Hands-on experience with database management systems (SQL, NoSQL).
- Experience with DevOps tools and methodologies.
