Lead Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs on Mustang's rental equipment fleet.

Requirements

• Own proper tools for necessary repairs.
• High school graduate or equivalent education.
• Previous mechanic work or military experience preferred.
• Understanding of diesel, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Ability to demonstrate technical, mechanical, and troubleshooting abilities.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or certificate from a technical school.
• Experience with heavy and light construction equipment.
• Experience with aerial and man lift equipment.
• Technical experience with hydraulic pumps, valves, and motors.
• Welding experience.
