We need to output HTML fragment with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections where there is real specific content. Must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info, remove boilerplate (cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions). Also must not create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. The posting includes: Office location, Work arrangement (Hybrid - 3 days in office, 2 days from home; Remote option is not available). Also includes Salary range and benefits description. So we have Pay (salary range) and Benefits (list of benefits). Schedule (Hybrid arrangement). So we can include those sections. We need sections: About the role (maybe a summary paragraph). Responsibilities (list). Requirements (maybe required qualifications). Qualifications (maybe preferred qualifications). Skills (maybe technical and domain knowledge). Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have actual content. We need to preserve all substantive info; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include details like responsibilities bullet points, required qualifications bullet points, preferred qualifications bullet points, technical expertise bullet points, life insurance domain knowledge bullet points, leadership skills bullet points. Also include office location and work arrangement maybe under Schedule? Or maybe include location in About the role? The instruction: Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can have About the role paragraph summarizing role and location/work arrangement? But location and work arrangement could be placed under Schedule (work arrangement) and maybe location in About the role? The location is not schedule but could be part of About the role. However we have a Schedule section for work arrangement (Hybrid). Location could be in About the role. We must not repeat job title as heading. So we will not have a heading for the title. We must not include Job ID/requisition numbers. We must remove boilerplate: EEO statements, accommodation request, personal info collection, Know Your Rights, etc. Also remove duplicated lines. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Let's extract content. From posting: "The Lead (Director level) Technical Program Manager (TPM) will be the lead point of contact on assigned initiatives that require delivery of end-to-end technology solutions. Office location: Boston - USA, Toronto - Canada, Waterloo - Canada. Work arrangement: Hybrid - 3 days in office, 2 days from home; Remote option is not available." That's about the role. Responsibilities section: bullet list under "Position Responsibilities".
