About the Role

We are excited to screen for applicants who have a love for toddlers and consider themselves dedicated educators with a passion for impacting youth from the cradle to the classroom. Innovation and creativity are a plus! The ideal candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, follow Bright From the Start safety protocols, and demonstrate patience with consistency. Early literacy skills are a primary focus of LEAD’s curriculum. Scholars explore the world through a range of disciplines—math, science, technology, social studies, and the arts. They participate in fun fitness activities, play sports, and learn the basics of health and nutrition, including how to differentiate “go,” “slow,” and “whoa” foods to foster healthy eating habits. From recreation to reading, our goal is to turn our leaders into lifelong learners.
