Lead Teacher- New Gen Center- $300 sign on Bonus

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the individual needs of each child
• Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
• Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues
• Supervise and mentor assistant teachers
• Absess and track the progress of each child

Requirements

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
• Previous experience working in a childcare setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Passion for working with children

Pay

$14 - $16 per hour

Bonus
