As a Lead Teacher at our Montessori school, you’ll create, care, and call the shots in an early education setting that embraces the authentic Montessori Method. Responsibilities

• Develop fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow teachers.
• Promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children in your class.
• Take the lead on classroom management and curriculum implementation, ensuring compliance with all licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Build sincere relationships with enrolled and prospective families to support child achievement and center success.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age.
• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
