About the role
Responsible for leading infant and toddler programs, fostering a nurturing environment, and implementing developmentally appropriate curriculum.
Responsibilities
- Plan and implement daily lesson plans aligned with educational standards.
- Provide individualized attention to each child’s developmental needs.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to maintain a cohesive learning environment.
- Maintain accurate records and communicate regularly with parents regarding their children’s progress.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
- At least 2 years of teaching experience in infant/toddler programs.
- Valid state teaching license/certification.
- Experience with child safety and health protocols.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with children and adults.
- Ability to manage a classroom and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Passion for early childhood education and commitment to continuous professional growth.
Skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficient in using technology for lesson planning and documentation.
- Knowledge of child development theories and practices.

Pay
- $15.00 per hour.
Schedule
- Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
