About the role

Responsible for leading infant and toddler programs, fostering a nurturing environment, and implementing developmentally appropriate curriculum.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and implement daily lesson plans aligned with educational standards.
  • Provide individualized attention to each child’s developmental needs.
  • Collaborate with other teachers and staff to maintain a cohesive learning environment.
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate regularly with parents regarding their children’s progress.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
  • At least 2 years of teaching experience in infant/toddler programs.
  • Valid state teaching license/certification.
  • Experience with child safety and health protocols.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with children and adults.
  • Ability to manage a classroom and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Passion for early childhood education and commitment to continuous professional growth.

Skills

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in using technology for lesson planning and documentation.
  • Knowledge of child development theories and practices.

Pay

Schedule

  • Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
