About The Role Total Wine & More is seeking a Lead, Talent Acquisition Recruiter to join our Human Resources team in our Bethesda, MD office. As a full-cycle recruiter, you will be responsible for providing best-in-class experiences for both candidates and hiring managers from first point of contact through hiring. You will be responsible for maintaining positive candidate experiences across both passive and active recruiting techniques, assess talent based on the needs of the business, and employ tailored staffing techniques to deliver top talent throughout the enterprise. You will work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders, build strong relationships while navigating talent needs, and support the broader HR team with processes and optimizations as needed. You will Support enterprise-wide talent acquisition recruitmentWork with Internal Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, and Hiring Manager to align talent attraction and pipeline strategies with business needsReview minimum qualifications and job profiles of each position and work with clients to identify and/or develop evaluation criteriaProvide expert-level usage of selection, assessment tools, and screeningFacilitate and effectively manage candidates throughout the interview processManage candidate pipelines and ensure timely communication throughout the recruitment processProvide a positive and professional candidate experience from initial contact through the onboarding processAssist in coordinating interviews and assessments, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for both candidates and hiring managersManage applicant tracking system (ATS) data, ensuring accuracy and completenessSupport with initiatives that drive process improvement, building SOPs and system enhancements, and with guiding internal stakeholdersSupport special projects as needed You will come with Bachelor's degree preferred in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred5+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience, with a focus on retail, corporate, technology, and executive staffing3+ years experience in technology and digital staffingProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with applicant tracking systemsAbility to maintain an elevated level of discretion and confidentialityExperience in behavioral and/or competency-based interviewing and assessmentsExcellent communication and presentation skillsIntermediate to advanced knowledge of social recruitmentExcellent relationship management and judgment skillsAbility to influence without formal authorityKnowledge of automated applicant/requisition tracking systemsComfortable navigating a decentralized, matrix organization We offer Paid Time Off (PTO) Generous store discounts Health care plans (medical, prescription, dental, vision) 401(k), HSA, FSA, Pre-tax commuter benefits Disability & life insurance coverage Paid parental leave Pet insurance Critical illness and accident insurance Discounted home and auto insurance College tuition assistance Career development & product training Consumer classes & More!
