What You Will Do

  • Working closely with domain experts, development teams, and systems engineers to design and develop hardware test sets and develop test software
  • Hands on integration work in both hardware labs and field-test environments to ensure that software and hardware components are integrated into the system according to specification
  • Experience in preparing and delivering briefings, familiarity with the execution of technical reviews (SRRs, PDRs, CDRs, TIMS, TRRs)
  • Documenting and executing test plans and procedures
  • Capturing and communicating test results and metrics

Who You Are

  • This position requires an Active DoD Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain a Top Secret (TS) Security Clearance, for which U.S. citizenship is needed by the U.S. Government
  • BS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related technical field with a minimum 7 years of relevant experience
  • Demonstrated effective communication and collaboration skills to work across software, hardware, and systems engineering teams
  • Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams, mentor engineers, and influence cross-functional stakeholders
  • Feel comfortable adapting to new programming languages, third-party software frameworks and innovative technologies
  • Proficiency in testing RF Systems
  • Familiarity with containerized software
  • Proficiency in Python, MATLAB, or Labview
  • Familiarity with Ansible, Podman/Docker, Unit Test Frameworks, Artifactory

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience working in I&T
  • Active Top Secret Security Clearance

Nice to Have

  • Domain expertise in one or more of the following areas is desirable; Radar, Electronic Warfare, Antenna Apertures, Sensor Resource Management, Large-Scale Platform Test Systems, Cyber Physical Systems
  • Proficiency in automated test tools and techniques
  • Familiarity with C/C++
  • Familiarity with MBSE tools such as Cameo (MagicDraw), Sparx Enterprise Architect, IBM Rational Rhapsody
  • Familiarity with specific government open architectures (e.g., Open Mission Systems)

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $173,000 - $238,000

The salary range listed is based on external market data. Final offers are based on factors, such as but not limited to, the candidate’s experience, education, training, key skills/critical skills, security clearances, and prevailing market and business conditions.
