Lead, Integration/Test Engineering

Responsibilities

- Plans and directs component testing in the fields of pressure test, water flow test, gas flow test, vibration and shock test, spin test, and pump test. - Works with the test operations team and internal customers to develop test operations methodologies and processes. - Designs test equipment, fixtures, and test systems. - Creates and maintains test operations procedures, specifications, and schematics. - Directs test technicians, analyzes/validates test results, and writes test reports. - Plans and directs test facility and test equipment maintenance, repair, and procurement activities to assure test facility/equipment readiness. - Supports process monitoring and improvement activities, including metrics charting, analysis, and improvement project management; defect/mishap investigation and corrective action management. - Designs and oversees fabrication of data acquisition systems and minor electronics.

Requirements

Basic Qualifications: - Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 9 years of prior relevant engineering experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related engineering experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related engineering experience. Preferred Additional Skills: - Bachelors degree in an Engineering discipline - 5+ Years testing experience in related field - Able to obtain security clearance (Secret)

Benefits

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in California is $122,000 - $227,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements.

Pay

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in California is $122,000 - $227,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.

Schedule

Job Schedule: 9/80 Employees work 9 out of every 14 days – totaling 80 hours worked – and have every other Friday off
