Responsibilities

• Provide Systems Engineering support & leadership for space based and associated subsystems across multiple responsive space programs in the Space and Mission Systems Segment of L3Harris Technologies, specifically supporting the Surveillance Systems Division.
• Lead the technology across the entire system lifecycle, engaging in all critical phases and milestone reviews including pursuit, SDR, PDR, CDR, TRR, PSR, and system operation.
• Support the larger program team performing critical functions such as requirements management, Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE), interface management, system design, risk and opportunity management, verification planning, test planning, and leading multiple event-based activities such as RCCAs, FRBs, MRBs, and addressing any open action items.
• Work in collaborative environments, fostering the success of the overall team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related experience.
• TS/SCI clearance is required.
