L3Harris is seeking a Systems Integration & Test Integrated Product Team (IPT) Lead with comprehensive knowledge in Electronic Warfare systems and a solid understanding of project management. This role is responsible for leading a multi-disciplinary team in the integration and test of system hardware, software, and supporting facilities, ensuring electrical and physical compatibility while meeting program technical, schedule, and cost objectives. The IPT Lead will support system design and development efforts from early design through integration, test, installation, and customer acceptance. This individual will work closely with Program Management, Chief Systems Engineering, and customers to plan and execute system-level integration, verification, and test activities.
