About the role
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive patient care in a clinical setting. This includes conducting thorough assessments, developing treatment plans, and ensuring patients receive necessary medical interventions.
Responsibilities
- Conducting thorough patient assessments
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
- Maintaining accurate and timely patient records
- Communicating effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare providers
- Participating in ongoing professional development activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice
- At least 2 years of relevant clinical experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Experience in acute care settings preferred
- Knowledge of current nursing practices and standards
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office
