Lead, Supplier Performance & Global Supply Resilience

Responsibilities

• Design and execute a global supplier performance governance model
• Develop KPIs to measure quality, cost, service, and innovation
• Implement predictive analytics and advanced performance dashboards
• Drive root cause analysis and corrective action programs
• Lead high-level supplier performance reviews
• Establish visibility for multi-tier suppliers and analyze risks
• Launch supplier innovation programs and create value incentives

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in supply chain/procurement leadership with a Bachelor's or 5+ years with a Master's degree
• Expertise in managing global supply bases across multiple regions
• Proven experience in supplier governance and performance frameworks
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives at scale
• US Citizenship is mandatory for application
