As a Lead Superintendent - Special Projects, you will oversee complex construction projects in St Louis, MO, ensuring project timelines are met and quality standards are maintained. This role requires strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of construction processes.Responsibilities
- Oversee multiple construction projects from start to finish
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with subcontractors and vendors to manage project budgets and timelines
- Communicate effectively with clients to maintain project scope and expectations
- Manage team of construction supervisors and apprentices
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in construction projects
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience with project management software such as Procore or similar
