Qualifications
- A minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry.
- Union affiliation preferred: Concrete, structural steel, millwright work
- Proven experience in managing construction projects in the industrial sector
- Strong knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, OSHA guidelines, and building codes.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to make decisions under pressure and solve problems effectively.
- Proficient in construction management software.
- A degree in construction management, engineering, or related field is preferred.
- Must hold relevant certifications and licenses.
- Must be open to travel
Pay
$110,000 - $150,000 per year
