Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry.
  • Union affiliation preferred: Concrete, structural steel, millwright work
  • Proven experience in managing construction projects in the industrial sector
  • Strong knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, OSHA guidelines, and building codes.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to make decisions under pressure and solve problems effectively.
  • Proficient in construction management software.
  • A degree in construction management, engineering, or related field is preferred.
  • Must hold relevant certifications and licenses.
  • Must be open to travel

Pay

$110,000 - $150,000 per year
