Lead Sr Loan Officer

Responsibilities

• Solicits, analyzes, evaluates and decides dealer generated indirect credit applications for purchase of collateralized loans.
• This position also serves as a next-level source of review for the Senior Loan Officers and processing staff as needed.
• Analyzes and evaluates credit offerings from dealer generated indirect credit applications for purchase of collateralized loans while maintaining established credit policy standards.
• Maintains daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly tracking reports to monitor credit quality, established lending practices, contract acquisition efficiency ratios and any other performance indicators as needed.
• Supports the Senior Loan Officers and Loan Processing staff by providing a next level source of review.
• Assists in developing, motivating and training Indirect Lending personnel.
• Completes any other job related duties needed to help drive to our Vision, fulfill our Purpose, and abide by our Organization’s Values.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and/or experience.
• Minimum of five (5) years of indirect loan officer or comparable experience.
• Excellent writing and interpersonal skills in dealing with members, management and dealerships.
• Able to excel in a high volume environment with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge and understanding of federal, state and NCUA regulations.
